Staci Trades Me "Mona Didn't Need Bling" Shadow Box for "Wood Face"

Traded With:
Sanddollar
Staci and Rosalie doin' a bARTer Sauce trade

Staci often shows at the OK Hotel during First Thursday so she wanders in to the studio pretty much every month (okay, every month for sure) and we've gotten to know each other a little bit.

She's been teasing me for awhile now saying that she had a trade for me...and she lived up to her word at the March Art Walk. I remember Mona from a shadow box show that the OK Hotel did a few months back. I liked it then. And I like it now.

Things are getting harder to part with in the old bARTer Sauce project.

In any case, not much happened during our trade so I made Staci tell me another story. I sent her a list of questions to choose from and this is her answer to one of them:

"I know that I shouldn't have a preference in color but I do. I think that there is a big difference even though a lot of people say, "color doesn't matter...they are basically all the same.

I guess you could call me prejudiced on the matter but I like what I like. I've always been drawn to certain qualities and I shouldn't have to settle, right? Why is that politically incorrect to say? Why can't a girl just enjoy what she likes?

Besides color, other appearances matter to me as well. Deformities are frowned upon as well as size. They should be of a good size and have an overall good look to them.

And clean.

Although I do like to dip them in something yummy like whip cream then lick it off before I nibble on the head. But that is when I'm in the mood for stuff like that... sometimes I'm more in the mood to just have as many as possible as quick as possible and yet other times I just want to bite their heads off....

and that's what I have to say about gummy bears.

Oh the the color order is green, red, yellow then orange."
