I traded all four of Julia's collages for four paintings of different parts of the body.
I traded with Stephen, who likes to be called Sparky. His brother painted them.
Sparky:
My brother painted them and they are supposed to be a dramatic series of the human body they include an eye, tear, mouth, and heart and were intended to be hung in that order stacked from top to bottom. He loves them but doesn't really know anyone who would want something this random and odd but i thought they were right up your alley, please tell me what you think.
He essentially just called me "random and odd". . . which meant he was in for sure. Not a "shoe-in" because I don't like that phrase. I don't high five either. Live with it.
We made the trade in the lobby of my building. It's hard to fit three whole people INSIDE the apartment. Also, I think Sparky was the only person so far who actually acknowledged that he was supposed to provide the twelve different ways to contact him which is technicaly "required" to participate in bARTer Sauce. He didn't actually do it, but when he told me he didn't have it with him, I could see the fear in his eyes.
Now why can't the rest of you follow rules like that?
